What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Conducting phone consultations and video calls with potential clients
- Understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our service range
- Closing deals and maintaining strong follow-up where necessary
- Updating the CRM and reporting on key sales metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Based in the UK with strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Experience in agency sales or B2B service sales is highly desirable
- A proven track record of closing deals
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a hunger to earn
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively

Summary
We’re a well-established lead generation company that works exclusively with tradespeople across the UK.
Our systems are in place, our team is set, and we’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to become the main point of contact for our clients — ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage client onboarding from contract signing through to full setup
– Maintain client relationships via email and Zoom, acting as the key point of contact
– Coordinate tasks internally using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are updated
– Handle customer service queries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
– Keep processes and documentation up to date for each client
– Report weekly on client health, onboarding progress, and potential red flags
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or account management (preferably in a marketing or service-based business)
– Strong working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Driven, reliable, and organised with a problem-solving mindset
– Outstanding customer service skills – you genuinely enjoy helping people
– Ability to work independently and take ownership of your role
