 Design Call

Within 48 hours after purchasing your website, you will receive a phone call from our team who will ask questions in order to gain an understanding of your business and your services, as well as your preferences, target audience, colour scheme and layout. After this discussion, we will use these details to work from when creating your website.

 Strategy & Research

After your design call has finished and your information has been placed onto the database, we will actively seek to ascertain a comprehensive understanding of your business, as well as your competitors. This allows us to see what features and aspects have been beneficial in your line of work, and then formulate a plan that will be most advantageous for your business.

 Web Design & Content

Website copywriting isn’t about giving people something to read. It’s about convincing them to take action.  A copywriter will go through all the specifications you gave for your website. They will write informative and engaging copy designed to reach your target audience. The content is always unique, written from scratch especially for your website. You won’t find any duplicates or rewritten text.

 First Proof

The design stage involves moving the information outlined in the planning stage further into reality. The pages will be built in Photoshop to give you a visual representation of the website, the reason we design mock-ups in Photoshop as it allows for relatively easy modification, once changes have been made and you have approved this we then go to the development stage.

 Changes

The developmental stage is the point where the website itself is created. At this time, we will take all of the individual graphic elements from the design and use them to create the functional site. The website is also tested for browser compatibility, speed testing & usability. You will then be able to navigate the website on the backend of our site for approval.

 Testing & Going Live

A rigorous testing process comes next, to ensure that your website works perfectly. The developers spend time making sure that your site has the best speed and browser compatibility. It’s also the stage when our SEO team can ensure that titles, descriptions, and URL redirections are all in order. This part of the process is all about making sure everything is in working order.

Your website can then go live and start bringing in visitors. You will soon be able to benefit from having a professional site.  Our goal is to work with you every step of the way to ensure you end up with the website you want.
