With last month’s technical support upgrade, we have recently introduced an online chat onto our website. By using this feature, you will be able to speak directly to a designer for any technical issues that you are experienced. This chat will be online throughout our working day, 9:30am to 6pm on Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 5:30pm on Friday.

Rather than let your website gather cobwebs, there are measures that can be taken to drastically improve the amount of work sourced through the website … which don’t involve witchcraft.

We strongly suggest linking your website through to any other websites that your company uses, such as Yell, TrustaTrader, Trustpilot, CheckaTrade, Google Plus, Facebook, Twitter etc. These links will boost the number of visits as they give your website credibility, which the search engines respond to and this will subsequently help your website to rank higher.

It has been our objective to make the editing of your website even easier, which means that you can keep your website looking fresh and up-to-date. 1. Do not spam your followers. It is important to keep active your Twitter and Facebook accounts. We advise that you tweet throughout the day or at the very least, three days a week. Followers or people who have liked your page will not appreciate a spammed dashboard of your advertisements.
