<p>Essex Digital Media would like to welcome you to the second instalment of our monthly newsletter and wish you a happy Halloween.</p>
<p>Similarly to last month, this newsletter will give you a brief outline of how we have continued to improve our services for you. Additionally, we will give you some trick and treats that can be useful for ensuring you are maximising your website’s potential.</p>
<p>With last month’s technical support upgrade, we have recently introduced an online chat onto our website. By using this feature, you will be able to speak directly to a designer for any technical issues that you are experienced. This chat will be online throughout our working day, 9:30am to 6pm on Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 5:30pm on Friday.</p>
<p>Rather than let your website gather cobwebs, there are measures that can be taken to drastically improve the amount of work sourced through the website … which don’t involve witchcraft.</p>
<p>So here is our ‘trick’</p>

<p>In the last month, we identified the area of technical support as one that we wanted to address. It has been our objective to make the editing of your website even easier, which means that you can keep your website looking fresh and up-to-date.
